About Us

Thank you for your interest in Prime Mover AutoGroup. It will be our pleasure to get to know you and to participate in your classic, vintage or muscle car project.

As an introduction, I am a graduate of Ferris State University in Michigan, with degrees in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, and Automotive Technology. I once held Automotive Service Excellence “ASE” certification in eight different automotive categories (it has been many years but I can still turn a wrench).

My education, training and entrepreneurial nature has taken me down many paths over the years, and I have been fortunate enough (or some say crazy) to have started and built many technology and automotive-related companies.

My true passion for cars has never faded and in fact, continues to grow. Most of the projects I have completed have been restorations with the goal of bringing new life to that worn-out muscle car and returning it to stock configuration. For years I had a vision for a custom pro-touring style Camaro based on a few original Baldwin Motion parts that I had stockpiled over time.

A couple years ago I decided to move forward with my vision for the “1970 Prime Mover Camaro”. After several conceptual designs, I got started on the project and have plans to take this car on the Hot Rod Power Tour when completed. With the goal of making this car unique, I spent a lot of time researching aftermarket products that would add value to what I was building. I met some great people and companies along the way and will highlight some of their products in the documentation of this project build. I also was able to develop several product ideas of my own including a patented adjustable solid body mount kit, and plan to begin manufacturing in the near future. As these products become available, I will be sure to add them to the site so you can let me know what you think.
